Biography

Karen Langvik is a Norwegian anthropologist and graduate from the University of Oslo. Her main research includes environmentalists use of digital media as a way of exercising political resistance. She is passionate about the intersection between humans, innovative mechanisms and communication. In 2018, she became the deputy manager of the Journal Betwixt and Between and is an active member of the sustainability organization Fremtiden i Våre Hender. She is currently working as a consultant for the Norwegian State Educational Loan fund. 

Langvik has been the social media manager for EASA AAN since the spring of 2019 where she was a part of the local team for WWNA 2019 in Oslo. She is very dedicated to continue communicating WWNA together with the rest of this amazing network!
