Biography
Bérénice Perroud is a French/independent socio-cultural anthropologist specializing in food anthropology and consumption.
Convinced by the power of the social sciences and the cultural ecological perspective to facilitate communication between organizations and society, she dedicates herself to the application of anthropological theories and methodologies to help organizations to design and promote culturally appropriate and socially sustainable projects.
She strongly believes in the power of applied anthropology to address the contemporary social, economic, cultural and technological changes, and bring solutions to the ethical dilemmas they leads to.
